BELATED BLOG - 24th August 2009

A dead laptop battery, limited internet access and lack of opportunity have meant very few (no) blog activity from me. When we have had the chance the pics have come first - hope you have seen them.

So far we have covered about2500 miles and still have around four gigs to go over the next three evenings. In short the audiences have been enthusiastic and we've played encores everywhere. Everywhere except The Enclave in Ohio where the biggest thing about the audience was the owner! They booked us but usually had solo acoustic performers, so it wasn't that people weren't listening, they were just listening outside - not great when you rely on audience feedback. Some of the highlights so far have been playing in Buffalo with 240 North, a bikers rally with the Woo Hoo Band and Howlers in Bloomfield with Long Knives and James May's band - sorry James, can't remember the name of your band just at this moment but great to meet you. So, we still have the best bits before us.
